Everyone knows that Mondays are The Blob's busiest day. First, she has to go up for coffee. Then she reads Saturday's paper. Followed by Sunday's paper. Then finally she reads Monday's paper.

It's another backwards situation in the Advertising Department. They have a well-liked, respected, bright, hard-working salesperson who is frustrated with the department's numerous problems. The guy brings in a ton of revenue, does his job, and has his heart in the right place. But he regularly verbalizes his opinions and suggestions. And as a result, was repremanded.
However, never a word is said to the uneducated, lazy blob in the depatment. She arrives late every single morning, even holding up meetings. Then she leisurly orders breakfast and reads the newspaper while ignoring customers at the counter. She spends the afternoon on facebook, texting, reading books, and brushing off customers that call in. But she never gets a second glance.
