There's a bulletin on the local newspaper's website (the paper that said the New Orleans Saints played two football games yesterday) that says there is a major leak in the Mount Penn water system and the water authority can't plug it BECAUSE THEY DON'T KNOW WHERE THE LEAK IS!!!

Residents are asked to scour the storm sewers and streets looking for gushes of the precious fluid and, in the meantime, conserve, conserve, conserve.
