Berks teabaggers nod sheepishly as speaker compares Obama to Latin American dictators

Beginning their mandate for civility in the new year, the so-called Berks County Patriots (i.e. teabaggers) held their monthly meeting Thursday. In addition to railing against teachers unions and the tyranny of the federal government, the 200 attendees were privileged to absorb this thoughtful observation:
Ana Puig, co-chairwoman of the Kitchen Table Patriots in Bucks County, talked about the similarities she sees between the Obama administration and the Marxists who have taken over several Latin American countries under the guise of democratic elections.
Among those similarities are the introduction to the masses of a progressive candidate as a messiah who is going to eliminate the evil capitalist system, adoration of the candidate by the media, voter fraud and turning political opposition into demons, she said.
All six GOP hopefuls for Mike O'Pake's Senate seat sucked up to the wingtards at the meeting, but the newspaper did not share the insights the candidates shared.
The article, incidentally, was written by Mary Young, whose partisanship was in full flower in her column from last November 20, which consisted of "The Patriot's Toolbox" (i.e. teabaggers) talking points and concluded with:
If you want more out of the toolbox, you can get a free copy at www.heartland.org or by calling 312-RED-ACTED.
If you don't like the tool selection, you can read the institute's replies to all the criticism it receives from the left.
The fountain lady has more credibility.
