Quite the lifestyle led by the Rev. Richard Nachajski, former man of the cloth at St. Anthony's of Padua's Roman Catholic Church near Reading.
Here's what investigators uncovered after 18 months of digging that included two grand jury subpoenas and seven search warrants for credit card and bank records dating back to 2002:
Detectives also acquired the wills of two deceased parishioners who left money to the church.
Detectives said Nachajski transferred the money from the wills between various accounts that only he knew about and had access to.
Detectives said Nachajski wrote more than $325,000 in checks made payable to him and to various financial institutions for credit card payments on purchases he made. They said he also used church funds to buy a time share in Mexico for $13,000 and a vehicle for the church, which he kept after he took a leave of absence in March 2009.
Detectives said their review of Nachajski's credit card transactions revealed they were for a number of personal uses, including foreign and domestic travel, lodging, entertainment, and restaurants.
Senor Nachajski faces a siesta of up to 17 years behind bars.
