Herman Cain states, "We outnumber the stupid people," then endorses Joe the "Plumber"

The stupid-is-as-stupid-does moment -- "Trust me, I counted (the stupid people)" -- came during a whistle-stop speech at a Nueces County, Texas, Republican Women’s fundraiser. The pizza magnate then moved to the CPAC event in Washington D.C., where tin foil was in short supply. Cain threw all his bluster behind the faux pipe cleaner/hapless Congressional hopeful, who eagerly supported Cain's 9-9-9 tax boondoggle.

How ever shall Mitt Romney compete with the crazies at CPAC today? He'd better rummage through Seamus' old belongings for a dog whistle.

Sam Rohrer is so going to be your next senator

Why? Because he favors a flat tax or, better yet, no tax at all.

“I would like to see the elimination of the personal income tax. Frankly, I don’t think that’s even a constitutional tax,” said Sam Rohrer, talking about the income tax that was passed via constitutional amendment.

If eliminating the income tax was not possible -- which it is not -- Rohrer said he would support a flat tax of no more than 10 percent and want to see corporate taxes sliced in half.

So how will government pay for itself? Doesn't matter to the GOP red-meat eaters, just cut all government programs to the bone.
