Geo Godley sure can swing

While the cabletards were working up a lather over the impending execution of an innocent black man last night, much of the nation was enraptured by a more significant event, the premiere of Simon Cowell's hot new music reality show, "The X Factor."

The treat of the night came when a 43-year-old blogger by the name of Geo Godley took pants on the ground to a whole different level by deliberately dropping his baggy slacks  and flopping and waggling his willie ("X"-d out on TV) to the astonishment of the 4,000 fans and judges. Paula Abdul stormed away and feigned that she was going to vomit; another woman hustled a child to the exits. But was this guy really a prick who did an Extreme Elvis by actually unfurling his johnson or was he swirling a disgusting penis sock puppet? The producers had to know what was about to come and that the auditorium was a-swim with children. And Paula has seen worse; she was once married to Emilio Estevez.

Look up yearbook photos of people you love and hate

Sweet lord, it's Charlize TheronAncestry.com has a new service, the ability to search high school yearbooks and access photos of celebrities and people you know. My, didn't we all look funny in high school!

Caveat 1: If you attended tiny schools like Shenandoahmazoo, chances are your yearbooks aren't in the database yet. Reading High only has nine years scanned, seven from the 1930s.

Caveat 2: You have to sign up for a (free) trial membership, which you will forget to cancel and then will be billed $12.95 a month until your credit card expires.
