How not to design a fund-raising poster

It's a benefit for some hoser in Saskachewan. The benefit is a motivational speaker, a firefighter who was trapped in the World Trade Center on 9/11 but escaped.

Not only is the text superimposed over an image of the Twin Towers burning, but the event  is a pig roast.

The advertoisement included a photo credit to The New York Times.

Bob and Doug McKenzie must have designed that poster.

WOW!! Is this some sort of joke. I feel that any one who helped people survive the 9/11 attack, should be praised; but not in this way. Who the hell designed this! If I were Cheif Richard Picciotto I'd be pretty offended by it.

Wouldn't you think a person who survived the 9/11 attack would want to see a picture of the twin towers burning? I think it would make Cheif Picciotto have flashbacks of that very day. I think the person who designed this was really aiming for sympathy from the people attending this fundraisers. Doesn't matter whatever the motivation was behind this was, this picture/flyer has controversy written all over it.
