When you're serving time in Berks County Prison for attempted rape, what better way than pass the time than mailing a letter threatening to kill the president.
That's what Steven Christopher Pyle admitted doing in September 2007 from his Leesport cell, when he sent a rambling five-page rant to the White House and told a mental health worker "Hell, yes" if he meant it.
Among the portions able to be deciphered:
"Die kill you I am going to bom your White house and shot you whit AK47s . . . your so going to be killed by me when I get out of this county jail."
Pyle faces 15 more years behind bars when he is sentenced in federal court in January.
